THE AKASHIC RECORD -
THE LIBRARY OF ETERNITY

"Akasha" is a Sanskrit word that means Primary Substance - of which all things are formed. It is the first stage of crystallization of spirit . . . This Akasha, or primary substance, is of exquisite fineness and is so sensitive that the slightest vibration of any ether any place in the universe registers an indelible impression upon it. The Akashic Record is a vibrational record of every soul and its journey. This vibrational body exists everywhere in its wholeness, and is completely available in all places. The Records contain all past, present and future possibilities. It is an experiential body of knowledge and compassion. Access to this profound source is through a sacred prayer.

Having an Akashic Record consultation can be extremely valuable. The Soul's very essence and expression, potentials and purposes can be revealed. Issues of the lifetime are brought to the light from a spiritual perspective. Both favorable and difficult patterns that are present can be identified. Corrective measures required to establish harmony can be seen.

An Akashic Record Reading is a way to uplift the one being read. Being in the Records, the reader perceives the potential of whoever they are working with. This perception is then anchored in this ordinary dimension of consciousness. The one being read resonates to this higher frequency and becomes aware of their self at this quickened vibrational level. Through this upliftment, the person being read is relieved of lower vibrational activity and freed to move on in a higher state of consciousness and action.

Knowing one's Record can have a profound and positive effect on one's life. The primary experience of being in the Akashic Record is one of being both known and loved. In creative endeavors, many have used it in their writing, photography, painting, poetry, pottery, and music. The business world is a major arena of experience of God on this planet, and working in the Record can help business people to understand the spiritual nature of their contribution to the world. Insight and guidance from the Record can assist all of us to see our work in the highest value and deliver our goods and services in the most loving manner possible. Personal relationships naturally improve as we come into greater understanding of our patterns and needs from a soul level. This non-judgmental dimension fosters easier loving, compassion, and harmony with others.

Over time there have been many different ways to get into the Akashic Records. This collective of spiritual consciousness is best revealed through spiritual means, such as prayer. At this time, a specific sacred prayer can be employed. This Pathway Prayer Process provides a reliable, deliberate way to move into and access the consciousness of the Records responsibly. Saying the Prayer and following the guidelines in a disciplined, conscious manner, can bring a person into an experience of this energy body.

One of the questions I'm asked most often is, "How does it feel?" Being in the Akashic Record is a distinct experience. Perceptions, awareness, and insights not commonly available are natural to the Record. There is an absence of judgment and a presence of kindness. For some, there is a dramatic shift in the senses and sensations, but for most it is much more subtle. A combination of clarity, emotional stillness, and illumination characterize this dimension. Sometimes the way we know we have been in the Records is by how we feel after closing. Returning to an ordinary state of consciousness, it can be easy to detect the differences.

This is not the best system for fortune-telling because it is not primarily concerned with the details of mundane reality. Current understanding of the Records is changing. The old way is of knowing it as a divination tool. More recently, it is recognized as a path of consciousness development. Ordinary human concerns are seen as expressions of the soul, rather than ends in themselves. From this perspective, it doesn't really matter whether we might vacation in Aruba or Jamaica - what counts is who we are becoming in the process. We can be assisted in making good choices when we know the value of a course of action, the benefits of a relationship, or challenges of a new job. There is always free will and the element of mystery to life, but the Record assists us in aligning with the life force as it reveals through us. Different probabilities are brought to light. The Record is not set in stone. It is a living and interactive agent for alignment of the individual will with the will of the Divine.

Some people question the usefulness of understanding the past. However, there two pasts to consider here: the first being past lives and the other one's past within this incarnation. Until recent years, the Record was an active past-life resource. Opening the Record would bring forth streams of stories of incidents identified as past-life. To a great extent, this dimension has been resolved. Now, other lifetimes present only as they relate to a current issue. This is not a fishpond of past-life entertainment. Past-life information comes forward to assist in the clearing of current issues. Insight into a person's past in this incarnation is readily available. Much of what we (as adults) consider as challenging originates in childhood, and these patterns can be discerned in the Record. Corrective activity, whether prayer or action, may be indicated. This information is from the soul perspective. It is not psychotherapy, though it can have therapeutic value. Although we look into the Record from the present, what comes forward supports the current healing work, whether it is from the past or the future.

Working in the Akashic Records through the Pathway Prayer Process is a non-intrusive method of energy work. It is non-intrusive because we do not engage in the manipulation of energies through hands-on techniques or otherwise. In this system, energy travels via the spoken word. Truth is recognized about existing conditions and patterns. As these truths are verbalized, related energies naturally move, and the bondage of limited understandings is loosened. Possibilities for change become real and accessible.

One of the fundamental assumptions of this work is that all people are inherently whole and complete. As this soul level truth is realized, people manifest their best selves. We acknowledge the infinite wisdom and intelligence of the Light. For the highest good of all concerned, we allow the Light to do any healing required. Through the Pathway Prayer Process into the Heart of the Akashic Records, energy work occurs as a result of being in the consciousness of the Records. Spiritual healing happens naturally when we have conscious contact with the Forces of Light.
